good little video to be fair. But the best way of changing the sidelight bulb on one of these Accords is through the wheel arch, turn the wheels inward on the side your doing, peel back the wheel arch liner and reach in to twist out the bulb holder for the 501 bulb, you can also do the H11 fog light bulb in a similar manner.

As others have said the right hand side is more difficult. You can make more room though by sliding the top section of the screen wash funnel sideways out of its retaining bracket towards the front-left of the car (needs no screws undoing). Then after lifting it out, the lower section of pipe is flexible enough to bend away from where your hand will be going to unscrew the grey cap of the lamp. It's easier to leave that grey cap nearby in the hole while you replace the bulb, rather than lift it out. If you need to change the small sidelight bulb, note there are two plastic assemblies that look and feel like bulb bases, and you want the top one (it just twists anticlockwise and comes out). The lower one also comes out in the same way, but it is merely a grommet for the wires going to the dipped bulb behind the grey cap.

Well done a good video. We looked at some others which were American Honda Accord and the bulb placement is completely different. We did the right side and I managed to just squeeze my hand in underneath some pipes and stuff so didn't have to take anythong off or move it. A bright lamp and in my case reading glasses makes it easier to see what you are doing.

Ehhh. Clear video instruction. But touching de glass of the H1 bulbs is not such a good idea I presume ? These are Halogen bulbs becoming extremely hot.

The bulbs are a nightmare to change on these cars. Overly complicated not enough room to move.

Haha you should show other side how you change, I bet you use same process like you done on video, meake your hands scarched, and parking light to change can't you can't use same procedures, for Honda to change bulbs on driver side is one simple proces that teake one minute to change full beem and parking light
