Perfect, I was worried about breaking the key fob as I managed to get it partly open, then I couldn't decide if there was a push / pull / slide trick to get it the final bit off. Matches my 2020 Rx 450 keyfob

Thanks for this. Yours is the ONLY video showing how to change the battery on this exact model of key fob. I too was nervous about applying too much force to open it, or even if there was a sliding element (like my previous Lexus) involved. 👍

Thanks so much! My key looks like yours and I thought the end cover (small piece) also had to be taken out, but watching your video I was able to take it out no issues

Same, don’t know why this version’s detail is different from normal ones. But this tiny different detail is quite a tricky and tough part, I just cannot avoid making minor damage on the plastic edge anyway when I open it. But seems that it obviously has a better water resistant ability than the normal ones.
