This may be 2yrs old, but I folllowed it and replaced the lock on my door. Took a few days cause I stripped the heck out of a bolt - but it’s all done…. Just gotta find 2screws…🥴

What if I can’t get the door open to get to the outer screws?

I’m doing one now. Used a philips bit and needle nose vice rips. I pulled the door stripping to gain a little room. Slow slow process. I managed to get the upper two out. That gave me enough room to get panel away from the door. Still haven’t gotten the door open. I’ve dropped one bit and can’t get it back yet. Went down the channel. Man what a pima
