MOST EXCELLENT VIDEO!!! WHERE I WAS STRUGGLING, AND THE KEY TO THIS WHOLE PROCESS IS KNOWING WHERE THE SCREWS ARE TO DISCONNECT THE RUN CHANNELS! ONCE THE RUN CHANNELS ARE PROPERLY REMOVED THEN A NEW GLASS CAN BE PUT INSIDE AND ABSOLUTELY NOT BEFORE! THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR THE VIDEO!!! 👍

This video just saved me sooo much money. Followed it to a T, and I saved myself probably no less than $200. All I had to do was pay $40 for the glass and sacrifice 20ish minutes of my time. So my lesson from locking my keys in the car costed me $40 instead of $250 easily

This is great. Btw this basic process should also work for a 02-06 Camry. I have an 05 and I've been inside the door panel and everything looks pretty much the same

So the window rides on the guided rubber keep it in place ? The plastic guide piece is what helps it go up and down

+Dave Rikson Thanks for watching! In order to angle the glass out of the door it needs to be down. If the motor does not work then you will have to manually crank the gear. If it is a cable driven regulator you can sacrifice it and cut the cables as well! 1aauto.com

Well this will definitely help me in the process of getting the door off but it's the small triangular window I need to replace. I don't even know what that is called, lol. Ugh. I had to break mine to get into the car. It locked while running. 🤦🏼‍♀️ My luck, huh? 😆
