Useful I had to ask my garage to remove the blade as I did not have any tool small enough to remove the pin holding the key blade

Excellent! Do you happen to know what are those two holes on the upper side of the key from both sides, above the buttons and above the badge. What's that for?

Thanks, they are used to hold the key in place when it's in the ignition...

Bro i have alfa romeo 147 1.9jtd , i lost my original key ,i got spare key without buttons. My question is ,is there chip in spare key case so i can swap with new key like you did there ?

Sort of unrelated man but unfortunately I crashed my 147 (I know, I think about it daily) and now I can't seem to find any decent ones, they're either more expensive and/or much worse shape. Damn my luck. Mine had some good options too now it's gonna be hard to find one that's similar spec'd.
