Try spray some WD-40 lubricant. The rollers will slide in easily.

Good video, but not easy to install the rollers just with the screwdriver. However, after I sprayed some WD-40 lubricant, the rollers slide in easily.

This was probably the best tip I've seen on KZfaq!!! I couldn't find the wheels at any hardware store so, I did like you said and switched the uppers and lowers. My wife is sooooo happy 😂. I'll order extra sets off Amazon and replace the uppers. Awesome help. Again, AWESOME!!!
