Excellent and very helpful video. Need a 10mm wrench for the nuts and pliers to remove the plastic covering on the terminals. I put in the battery (third overall on my 2014) myself because I wanted to clean the corrosion well. I guess it doesn't matter which way the insulation box goes--it looked like he reversed it in the video. I don't have a cap on the positive terminal--must have fallen off? Now I wait for Toyota to make a fix for the recall (replacement battery may be too loose in the enclosure).

hello, the most important thing I wanted to know is whether the 2018 rav4 requires battery registration and what thing has to be done after the replacement, what data will be lost and what things need to be reprogrammed ? kindly advice , thanks.

I had changed my 2018 battery, the case is... the fuel consumption meter km/100L got off (from the screenin front of my steeringwheel)... can you tell what to do? Thank you 😊

Trying to find out if our 2018 RAV4 requires a "battery saver" device to keep from having to reset "certain other convenience functions" (or have issues since ours has collision control, lane departure, and other bs) while changing out the battery??

No mention of computer issues. Watch out.
