My 2013 Explorer had a wobbly head rest due to someone breaking the headrest guide. Luckily they are inexpensive and can be changed out with just a flat head screwdriver. This works on many Fords but verify your part numbers before buying the replacements. For this vehicle my part numbers are:

The headrest on mine didn’t want to come off when I was taking off the nasty seat cover. I wish I saw this video to see how the guide clips. Thank you

Can be a few different things, sometimes the wiring behind the air bag is disconnected. Also make sure the wiring to the actual horn is hooked up. Also can be a fuse blown to. Hope this helps.

Run wires to the horn from the battery and see if it works. If it does then you know its either a fuse, the horn button on steering wheel (clockspring issue most likely) or something else. If it does not work then just change the horn out.

Generally the horn wire is cut to route to the siren. They usually will not put it back to where it was when decomissioning.

@@utility_tristinthat’s what I also learned on KZfaq and how mine was - cut wire behind the console.
