Dr. Bruce Lipton, PhD is an internationally recognized leader in bridging science and spirit. Stem cell biologist, bestselling author of The Biology of Belief and recipient of the 2009 Goi Peace Award, he has been a guest speaker on hundreds of TV and radio shows, as well as keynote presenter for national and international conferences.
In 1982, Dr. Lipton began examining the principles of quantum physics and how they might be integrated into his understanding of the cell’s information processing systems. He produced breakthrough studies on the cell membrane, which revealed that this outer layer of the cell was an organic homologue of a computer chip, the cell’s equivalent of a brain. His research at Stanford University’s School of Medicine, between 1987 and 1992, revealed that the environment, operating though the membrane, controlled the behavior and physiology of the cell, turning genes on and off. His discoveries, which ran counter to the established scientific view that life is controlled by the genes, presaged one of today’s most important fields of study, the science of epigenetics. Two major scientific publications derived from these studies defined the molecular pathways connecting the mind and body. Many subsequent papers by other researchers have since validated his concepts and ideas.

This idea from Dr. Bruce Lipton has changed the way I see the world: What is heaven to you? When you visualize heaven, what do you imagine? Well, your version of heaven is different than mine, which means heaven is a creative place. Consider this: WE WERE BORN IN TO HEAVEN. We came here to create. That’s what we’re doing. When we’re creating it wrong, struggle is here. When we’re creating it right, heaven on earth is here. Don’t wait till you die to go to heaven. Make your heaven in this life. ✨

@Airock the Great you don't need religion to have a Relationship With GOD and religion can be extremely damaging to a developing mind...it was to me as a child and given religion and some horrible things that happened to me in my life I became a Atheist for many years and it wasn't until my mid 30's that I found a relationship with GOD or whatever you want to call it but through my experiences I know without a doubt there is something beyond us that science can't explain that is ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL...I have seen Ghost and I've had Loved Ones communicate with me from beyond the grave...my Friend Amanda who committed suicide communicated with me 3 times and actually kind of saved my life...the week my Dad died I completely lost control and was getting ready to take my own life when she communicated with me for the first time and basically saved my life...I believe she knew what I was about to do and sent me a message I believe to tell me everything was gonna be ok...one time she communicated with me physically....she actually grabbed the back of my leg and shook me awake...I've been a skeptic most of my life but it was when I started to let go of my disbelief and let Love guide me some Amazing Things happened to me....whether you want to call it GOD, the Universe or the supernatural we are always being communicated with but we are all so consumed with negativity we are oblivious to these things and many times write them off as coincidence...God Bless You My Friend🧡

All I talked about the last 20 years of how I was going to build a self sufficient off grid property in the middle of the woods . And i would talk about all the things I would love to be on it ! I started that very project 3 months ago , and believe it or not , mushrooms i have hunted for years and never found, grow right outside my front door ! I have a solar and wind that powers my house , I have water , raspberry bushes everywhere , birch trees loaded with healthy mushrooms , a beautiful conifer forest and the people in town treat me good, we found a doctor that is actually helping my wife with her arthritis , everything was getting worse for her where we were now she can walk and move her hands ! When we lived in the city all we did was slave and people treated us bad , when we did nothing but offer good , neighbors tried to run us out for years. The day I said F#ck this and just picked up the shovel and started to build. That I took the red pill , and its working !!!! I am doing all the things I dreamed about when I was a kid ! Best life ever and I am 40 years old and it just began

While watching this I reminded a phrase I spoke to my best friend ''It doenst matter I will get cancer anyway'' and I was right at the time because I was living a dumbass life which would lead to a very bad ending. I changed 95% of my former self, i quit everything bad in my life and took responsibility. 2020 will be huge for anyone who is willing to stop thinking and doing things the old way while hoping for different results. We must take responsibility for our own lives. A lot of institutions and systems will crumble as more people finally realize these were never created for the greater good, but to control the masses and benefit a very small group of people and their dark agenda. Reprogramming your mind is key if you feel stuck 🙏

@@6_e_king Physics and math and philosophy are all wonderful areas of study as well as psychology. One finds out that nobody knows what really matters. For example, what is mass? Where does all this energy come from? Why are all formal logical systems bound to be incomplete or inconsistent? What is an emotion? What is a thought? What did Socrates mean with his famous premises: 1. I know that I don't know (My judgements limit freedom). 2. We do wrong for we don't know any better (evil is only ignorance)? And did Descartes imply that we cease to exist if we stopped thinking? No! Well, don't believe me. Read, take free classes online (edx and coursera are like magic! But real and better) and find out for yourself and for God's sake. In the meantime, be still. Peace.

Quick Massive Change to Humanity will be a massive rise in internal and collective Consciousness, by either inner work, inner and external seeking of higher conscious and spiritual ways of love and wisdom to solutions, internal and external forces to force change and expansion of our hearts, minds and for our species to evolve. Some ways that could propel our species fast in the right direction would be.... 1. Seeking the Light-Love/ Creator-God etc within by experiencing "IT" naturally with practice and Being, through Love and Compassion for Self and All. From your heart. 2. Veganism. No excuse in this day and age and no guilt either, as I once was asleep to taking part in the death and consumption of Animal Souls. So much would be forced to shut down or turn businesses into a vegan friendly and animal soul friendly environment. Plus when you awaken within you will not only see and know the detriment to your physical body, emotional and mental bodies and energy, but to your Soul and your growth. Instead of looking at things negatively, look at what they are trying to help you evolve to, like all the virus linked to meats-factory farming, wet farms in other countries and all the meat laden diseases over the last 30 years alone. Maybe The Creator and Earth are saying , "Humans, its long overdue to evolve past eating Animals Soul for many reasons and since your not able to consciously move along; I AM giving you a little assistance..." Also the compassion to care for animal souls as well, like those horrible fires in cali and australia have given to Humans; though in the most destructive way. Our collective is linked to the Planets Consciousness, so old energies will play out due to unconscious Human energies and the fact that most of us our behind in evolution; as well as how many evolutionary paths of Humans have merged and intermingled or married into each other. 3. Materialism and other mindless nonsense. Same thing, dont buy and they have nothing to produce or junk to sell you. Forest will be left alone, land will be left alone, animals will not be tested on and so much more. So dont buy video game systems, crap foods, or most anything; as you grow within, you will need none of that at all, so start now. The shut down should have gave you and billions time to go within instead of distractions and that means dont fill your time on YT daily now that you are home. Instead of looking at things negatively, look at what they are trying to help you evolve to, like all the virus linked to meats-factory farming, wet farms in other countries and all the meat laden diseases over the last 30 years alone. Maybe The Creator and Earth are saying 4. Free Green Clean Planetary Energy for All and other tech for the betterment of the Planet and All upon Her. Like the pyramids were for, both Spiritual Consciousness and Energy Power; and they also helped maintain a harmony of the weather and energy fields as well. Think Nikola Tesla type systems and how once this happens and we have no bills to pay and our vehicles and planes and such run without oil, gas, fuels and so on; how our lives and eco system will be so happy. We, like all lifeforms, are connected to a grid system that affects our patterns, behavior and the whole; even affects the weather due to our thoughts, feelings and actions. Man made tech that harms like satellites and towers, have caused insects and birds, whales and dolphins to go off course, beach themselves and so on. The navy new this back in the 50s when they both attracted and scattered whale pods with their sonar. Think what our tech does to our brains, cells and energy fields. Of course this type of advancement depends on all of us banging the doors down to get things declassified, garage inventors making strides, scientist awakening as well as government and military awakening to the Love and Light within them. 5. Debt Freedom and new money system til we need no money at all, once Consciousness raises in each of us and we lose our old energies and mentalities. As of now, giving tons of money out to people who hold lower consciousness in a society full of drugs, booze, games and distractions will do none of us good. Consciousness must raise inside out and I mean overwhelming love to Self, the Self that knows, feels and experiences The Creators Love and Light within. Therefore, each person will Love the Creator, seek the Creator and to Be the Creator within; what I call Heart Center Consciousness or Pure Love. It is the true Light within your Chest Center and its smarter then anything your mind can do. 6. Disclosure of our Origins, Ancient true History, DNA (non coding-junk)/Codons and Divine Potential, our Divine Birthright. Also of Aliens and Star Beings of Light, as they are two different things, as well as the nature of the Creators Multi-dimensional realities and the Laws of Energy and so on. You can gain this knowing from within, the best way to do so, but a release of all this will free our minds and lower emotions from religious conditioning and other systematic programming. So thats a good start and one that All can do. Pure Love does not harm self or others in any way and the main reason you do not "see" Star Beings or Humans of Light walking among Earth or they are not in your consciousness or communication; is because they hold a high vibration and frequency and they evolved long ago past eating animals and eating in general for many of them. So coming into the Human Collective Energy, would be like enjoying a Mozart Concert in peace and harmony and then instantly it changes to so heavy metal distortion of chaos and dissonance. Or remember that annoying "tone" that would come onto the tv out of nowhere for some bs test of the "emergency broadcast system" and you wanted to smash the tv? Thats what its like to them if they tuned into our frequency as a Collective, so you must rise up and just like you can not perceive most of the colors and sounds in the spectrum of light and sound with your lower sense; you can not perceive them either . The below short clip is something I like to leave when speaking about things of this nature, may it help confirm, help awaken you within and give you things to ponder. It has lots of Divine or higher truths in it and depending on your consciousness; you will be able to be open to certain levels of it. Enjoy and lots of love and peace to you All. Love Christopher

because the entire school system and curriculum has been swallowed and shaped by the program, it’s not even evolving. the way they taught during the industrial revolution is the same way now. they teach us to be good employees and follow the bosses orders and take what we’re given. hence the whole entrapment for most people of going to college spending all this money to work a job to hopefully pay it off. like the above comment said. this stuff is only taught at home or individually now. it’s up to all of us who are opening our eyes to the bigger picture to become “teachers” in our communities even if that’s not our occupation. just starting conversations and learning from each other and sharing knowledge. those who are ready will use it

Life is merely a series of choices, however, it's our perception and perspective view point of those choices that influences how we react and feel about everything we experience.. reprogramming your mind and subconscious is a choice and an ongoing process that will evolve and grow as u do.. I used to wonder why happiness was so difficult to achieve and sustain on a daily basis, and I discovered that it's because we have to CHOOSE happiness as a lifestyle and work to implement that choice on a daily basis, no matter what may be happening in the world around us.. that doesn't mean that u won't/don't experience obstacles and hardships in your life, it just means that u have to constantly monitor and adjust the way u let those things affect u.. u can be going through some of the most absolutely horrible experiences and still make the conscious choice to not let any of it diminish your happiness and peace of mind.. it's not necessarily an easy or quick accomplishment, because it takes a little while to make choosing happiness every single day a habit.. it's totally worth it though because after a while, you'll start doing it more and more easily and effortlessly, until it eventually becomes something u aren't even doing consciously.. you'll be doing it SUBCONSCIOUSLY, and therefore will have successfully reprogrammed your subconscious mind to choose happiness mo matter what.. I had to go through a great deal of challenges while striving to make happiness my lifestyle, but I just stuck to it and I finally achieved what I set out to do.. MUCH LOVE AND INFINITE BLESSINGS TO ALL 💖💖💖🙏🙏🙏

"When I let go of who I am, I become what I might be" ---- For real that was such a powerful talk, I learnt soo much - took notes and everything. I think its time we help 95% of people who don't know this and who are operating on the same negative programme. We have to spread this message of this talk, teach it to our friends, family, people! If you have social media, you already have a platform where you can share this transformational knowledge to make this world a better place, our heaven. But first, we need to practise this knowledge every day, before we can save the world, we need to save ourselves.

Listen to the I am affirmations while you sleep that last like 8 hours search YT. Those are easiest since you don't have to do much just sleep lol. You have to give it time too and keep listening every single night. I'm just getting started myself but have been following Bruce and others for a long time. You can go more advanced for example you make a list of your own affirmations and then go to Fivver for example and pay one of those voice actors/professionals to do a recording of your custom affirmations and loop it for however many hours you want and listen to every night. You can also just record your own voice and do that too but I personally prefer someone else especially with a soothing voice to put you to sleep. You should look up the power of manifestation too. Hope this helps and good luck. P.S. There are more ways too for reprogramming like I believe it's called scripting where you write down affirmations multiple times but I believe listening while you sleep is the most powerful because that's when your brain is in the theta state (I believe it's theta) but whatever it is called, it's in the state of hypnosis. Basically while you're sleeping your brain is in the best state to absorb the affirmations you're listening to into your subconscious mind, think of it like downloading into your subconscious while sleeping.

I knew I hated my job for sitting at a desk 50 hours a week made me unhappy, but this video basically explains why. I do the same repetitive crap day in and day out which barely pays the bills. I go home, depressed and sleep a lot, lay around and do nothing afterwards. It is a fair issue with the happiness at my home life and even there I feel as though I am in autopilot. I am not creative and I can't shake off the frustration and depression, but I realize I just think all day and it has always felt to be a battle in my head as in my thoughts dictate how I feel. So I try and try to keep the good thoughts up, and the negative thoughts down, and this is very tiring and motivating. I'm quite literally in the midst of a startup. I have found happiness in it and making progress with it, but there are plenty of days where I become lazy and depressed and no motivation to continue it. It's became a desperation to get out of this job so that I can work on my feet at my new business making other people happy.

@daniel4647

This is flawed though, the subconscious mind isn't that dumb, it actually knows how to protect itself. Take advertisement, it works to subvert these defenses, that's is why they'll often make a statement that is true for everyone before making their pitch. Like "are you sick of dirty counters?", as soon as your mind goes "yes" it opens you up to manipulation/programming, and then comes the suggestion "buy our soap, it's great". But the thing is advertisement isn't as effective anymore as it once was, and the reason for this is because more people now understand how it works. So when we hear that statement we're supposed to respond positively to, we get suspicious instead and our defenses goes up. This problem becomes way worse when you're trying to do it to yourself, because your mind tend to not believe things coming from yourself. If someone comes up to you and says "you're great" you're far more likely to believe that than you telling yourself "I'm great". And you can get around this by telling yourself "you're great", you changed it so it sounds like it's coming from a third party. But your subconscious will quickly catch on and start defending against that too, and as a result you'll end up not trusting it when other people say it either. So your attempt to reprogram yourself just ended up messing you up even more. Back in the old days they'd use symbolism for this programming, knowing that pictures worked better than words as pictures are much closer to the subconscious "native language". We use them now too, that is why a company logo is important, and so is a traffic sign. What the subconscious does is observe the world and react to it, it's basically an input and output machine, and arguably the strongest input is vision. But even this is failing as people are becoming accustomed to that vision can be faked, I've seen a million movie monsters, non of them frighten me. And I've even seen entire fictional worlds in VR, and the subconscious is learning to differentiate these from physical reality, loss vs gain, as nothing can be lost or gained from these fictions. This is also the problem in psychology, the flagship in psychological treatment is cognitive behavioral therapy, basically learning trough repetition. Back in the seventies when it was invent it's was very effective, now it's much less effective. The reason is that cognitive behavioral therapy sounds fancy and scientific so we believed it would work. But these days everyone try to sound fancy and scientific and a lot of it are scams, so we don't trust it anymore. If they had called it learning trough repetition instead everyone would have said "well that's obvious, why am I paying you for this?", but not only that, it wouldn't have been able to bypass their subconscious resistance to change. Hypnosis is the same way, it's only a thing because you believe it to be a thing. Words such as hypnosis and trance are made up for the specific purpose of bypassing your subconscious resistance trough making you think they're real things, if you think you're in a trance you become free to behave as if you're in a trance and someone else becomes responsible for you actions so you don't have to think about what you do anymore. Franz Mesmer who invented this technique was thrown out of his home town for being a fraud. Modern magicians such as Derren Brown as well as psychologists have written books explaining how it works, it doesn't have anything to do with brain waves at all, the brain waves just shows that you're relaxed which means comfortable/safe which means you're way more open to suggestion, or doing as you're told, than you would be in an alert state. This is an ongoing problem, the better we get at hacking the subconscious, the better it gets at defending itself. It's primary directive is to survive and pass on your genetics, it doesn't know this, but it will constantly make programs from it's surroundings that weighs risk vs gain to accomplish this goal. No matter how much you tell yourself you're awesome, if you're not getting any rewards to support this idea it won't take. Instead you'll become addicted to that video game that tells you you're awesome for buying 10 extra lives with flashy bright colors and fireworks and everything, giving you a little dopamine boost every time you do what it wants, programming you. Or worse, you'll become addicted to food, or porn, or drugs or other things that will inevitably mess up your mind, heart and body. This is why money works, because it's basically a reward for doing as your told and also a punishment for not doing as you're told. Not having enough money can kill you, good punishment, having lots can get you anything you want no matter how greedy and sick your desires might be, good reward. Without punishment and reward programming your subconscious will ultimately wear off as your subconscious learns it's not actually giving you want it wants. The better approach, although arguably much harder, is freeing yourself from wants and desires altogether, but almost nobody will tell you that because you can't sell self help books and seminars if your audience doesn't want anything.

@@daniel4647 I was looking through the comments to see what people thought reprogramming with wishes and desires meant. I agree with your analysis and explanation. Along those lines, just as marketing has to constantly adapt, we can also deliberately reset and reprogram our reward system. Ultimately, our base survival is linked to dopamine and we can intentionally influence how and where we get it. I think this is where things like patience, self-control, and gratitude make life a little more heavenly.

Cheryl Alt hmm 🤔 there seems to be a flip side to that coin as well. Looks like to me the left is doing the same. All major news networks, all social media platforms. Everything you constantly come across. If you situate yourself in the left mentality or when you do research on any given topic the first 20 hits are left driven ideology your mind will be programmed to think the way they want you too. Same thing with the right as well. It’s up to the individual to step outside of both Spectrums or programs in this case and ask yourself. What am I doing to make a difference?

So I watched 2 After Skool videos back to back this being the 2nd one. The 1st was Human 2.0 Spiritual Warfare is upon us. They were both quite good. The mentioning of LOVE or FEAR triggered a memory of an experience I had. On September 11th 2015 I sustained a traumatic brain injury. I was in a coma for 2 1/2 weeks. While in coma I awoke to a sensation of existing not as myself at all more like a single entity aware of my own existence. I had no idea of what or who I was as far as me on Earth, I simply existed. After awhile I wondered if there was something besides the endless black void I was floating in. I saw a light high above me and thought "well there's something different". I entered the light and found a small room with 3 people. A man looking Indian or Pakistani in the middle. A woman with very black skin to his right and a white woman to his left. What transpired there was me having conversations for awhile then at some point I would descend back down into the void. This went on over and over. This was not a dream because everything was EXACTALY the same each time. They eventually said to me " you can stay here if you want". I still did not know anything of my life here. I paused to think if I should stay and honestly I couldn't think of a reason but I got a feeling somewhere like my gut and told them "NO I should go back". They said that it fine. The next thing I know I am being held down and people are saying DONT PULL YOUR TUBES OUT!!! I than remembered all this world the sounds, the smells, the lights. I was a little bummed in a way. I was severely injured but made a great recovery. I tried to remember what the 3 people said to me but couldn't. It was put somewhere I simply couldn't access. But I starting hearing these sentences repeating in my mind. I COULD hear those for some reason. It said , You have 2 choices Love and Fear and Everything is ONE thing. Its the way it sticks with me. I cannot describe it. It just FEELS like... well something I cant explain. Sorry I just felt compelled to type all that. And I cant stop telling people about the sentences in my mind.

Just know your perspective is bound to endure alot of adversity as you get older, but- stay positive and stay open to new views on life and knowledge. 12 is such a young age, and to be watching stuff like this, is genuinely a great sign that you are different from your peers and have the ability to do something extraordinary with your life. Stay on this path and make knowledge your priority as you continue to grow older. Goodluck and you have alot to be proud of little one!

I started doing that since I was like 7, it’s still going strong at age 21. Just remember that there’s nothing wrong with the real you that’s working towards the good. Everyone else is just stunned by God in you that it will make them self reflect and heal. And stay away from the people who will try to hurt you physically, they just don’t have the mental capacity to understand you and it’s best to not dwell on those people, but to keep moving along. God bless you!

Watching you opened my eyes of how mentally strong I am with the poor and rich dad I have seen my family struggle financially since I was born and they say you can’t you need this to be rich and since I was 12 yrs old I’ve been studying on how I can become financially stable by 30 and actually live my life without having to worry about money and I learned go buy what you believe because no one is you personally. FYI your unstoppable if you live by your beliefs and rules.🤯

This video is such a great insight for me. The last 2 years I’ve struggled with generational “curses” or habits. I’ve been through blaming my parents, my upbringing, my schooling, blah blah blah. I feel like I’m on the verge of learning how to harness what’s inside of me. I get glimpses, like when I watched this video, so I know I’m close. If anybody else is struggling with who they are, just keep going. Spiral out.

We are stardust of a dead star, we landed in Earth's oceans and were born as 1 single cell. That cell began to multiply and evolve. Soon enough different sub strains of the cell started to form and began evolving in completely different ways. Now today there are billions of species on Earth and humans are only one of them. So basically it's scientifically proven that you are related to every person AND animal on the planet. Major bruh moment.

Respectfully the 7 years of programming for a child is also an idea Children could learn much faster if they had conscious parents And societie
@sailmandonross

We are not responsible for the programming we received as a child. As adults we are completely responsible for fixing it. This has been my experience. I wrote about it in my book Happy Hypnosis & the Twelve Steps :-) Sometimes the difficulties that need to be overcome create a stronger person than one who had the perfect programming in the first place.

I knew as a child my parents sucked at being parents. I also knew that other children would use their parents as an excuse for their own behavior but it was a choice. It was easy for me I couldn't understand why a person would ever hit their child. And then become a person who hits their child. I hit my child once and I hated myself I thought I was training myself to train them to be discipline I apologize. I said I suck at this but when it comes to discipline I'm not gonna be able to spank you. I am very disappointed with your choices. And it makes me very disappointed that I am not a good parent as good as I Hope. And I thank him for being a good teacher . But I'm just me. I remember thinking as a child who would ever want to give birth to a baby in this world and then it was my turn. I can't guarantee tomorrow but I can be a good mentor. And I can tell them that they should follow their highest joy and they will have to teach the ones that come after them.. But I believe in collective reality starts with me.

@Alfonso G You can't expect your children to be a certain way though. You can help them become more compassionate, but not everyone is intelligent. There are all kinds of people and as long as they don't hurt other people, that's okay. You create a new living being with their own will, so don't think it's like a Build-a-Bear workshop. Forcing too much ideals onto children can make them rebel against them instead. I also hate how people expect their children to be perfect and do abortion if they find out their unborn child have Down Syndrome.. I mean, you're guaranteed to have child who won't turn into a criminal!! People use the medical problems they have and how "unworthy" their lives are ( like they themselves had Down Syndrome in their former life) as an excuse to see them as financial burdens, when "normal" kids can have literally the same medical problems?? But then less people see money and more see a "worthy" human... Even though many "normal" people have some scary, disturbing traits.. but they are considered normal so apparently there is no problem there until someone dies or gets injured because of that. Sigh.. everyone is equally worth, no matter what. In my eyes, people who wanna be parents should accept how their kid are, no matter what. Otherwise they can't see the real value of their own and other people's lives. Take less things for granted and so on.. Sorry for the "long" comment, have a potato!

“I am not what happened to me, I am who I choose to become” - Carl Jung I wrote that on the first page of a journal in 2013. I sometime refer to that moment as the beginning of my 7 year awakening. Thank you so much After Skool and Dr. Lipton for this consolidation of deep eternal wisdom. It feels like a perfect bridge between “then and NOW.” And a special thanks to After Skool who’s videos have encouraged me time and time again to keep looking, keep learning, keep creating.
