The easier way to do this way to do this (on iphone ) is go to bluetooth then click ‘forget device’ then put the earbuds in the case then press and hold the back button behind the case and its gonna start blinking in white and blue after that connect it again and it should start working again. (It worked for me but if the method in the video works for you use it )

After you reset it like shown in the video (hold in a case for 10 sec), you need to switch it in a "pairing mode) - remove from the case and hold it same as in the video for 2 sec, after it becomes discoverable.

Hi thank you for watching. One side keeps blinking fast if not properly paired or reset or it has a hardware issue. You have to do it repeatedly and make it sure that both sides touch point are functional. If not, it cannot be reset.

I would also highly recommend restarting your iphone if your having pairing issues, these two do not like to work together.

Hi, for this issue, the common problem is in the mesh or the tiny screen from the earphones. The audio level affects when it gets blocked. The only way to fix is to clean it or remove the mesh/screen if not able to clean. Thanks for watching☺️

@@ARTaudio440 hi. I have Belkin but the shape is similar to ipods. It’s also touch sensitive BUT i followed ur instruction to touch them both but 30 mins of touching them together ON THE CORRECT SPOT disnt work. They didnt even indicate that they r pairing. Saliwa ung tunog nila. Tutunog ung isa, tas sunod ung isa. Di nagsasabay even tho my index finger is on both same spot
