Thank you your instructions worked perfect. It's after hours to take it to my tire shop but I will definitely do that tomorrow because I hate using those Tire gauges it doesn't accurately tell you it like either deflates the tire or doesn't do anything so again thank you at least you help me turn that tire pressure indicator off

@@tonykhampannha2968 this was a while ago from what I remember I disconnected the negative battery, waited a few minutes then reconnected it and the tpms was gone

It's likely the sensor would need be programmed to car or the old senor would need cloning onto the new one , hope it worked out for you though

There is no TPMS Receiver unit. This year of Civic along with a few others utilize a system called INDIRECT-TPMS. Meaning, it utilizes the wheel speed sensors that the ABS system monitors to calculate wheel speed and compare it to the speedometer's sensor. There are no TPMS Sensors to transmit tire pressure. It's all calculated based off your wheel speed sensors.

@@tonnyp1785 2013 Civic from what I can find utilizes sensors. If it's blinking, there is an issue with the sensors or TPMS control unit itself. If it's on solid and doesnt blink at key on, then it's a tire pressure issue and tire pressure should be checked. Most common cause of a blinking TPMS light is a sensors battery going dead, or if it was recently after a new tire installation, the technician breaking the TPMS sensor and not disclosing the damage.

@@theswissmechanic My car is 2015 and it is not the pressure of the tires, nor the sensors since I replaced them with new ones, it is something electronic configuration I think

@@tonnyp1785 The 2015 Honda Civic is equipped with the indirect TPMS system that utilizes the wheel speed sensors. You will have to perform the procedure in the video above and take the car for a drive to complete the initialization of the system. It does not utilize sensors to transmit tire pressure to the car. The Indirect TPMS system is managed by the car's ABS/VSA Module in the engine bay. If recalibrating the TPMS system does not work, you will need to have the vehicle taken to a professional that has a scan tool that can access the ABS/VSA module.

+LUIS JIMENEZ doubtful because your vehicle is programed from the factory to recognize a specific type of wheel, so I'm not saying definitely not but I doubt it to be honest, but try anyway I know a lot of aftermarket companies are making their stuff much more sophisticated nowadays so it MAY work.

Should work fine it's part of the cars system , if it has after market sensors that don't link to the car it would be flashing and showing a fault rather than being a Constant light , if it dosnt have sensors it's done through the abs system in this case the car dosnt know what pressure is in the tyres it will just be able to tell when there is more drag on one wheel ( because pressure is lower ) in this case it wouldn't matter what size rhe wheel/tyre is as long as its over all inch size is the same as the rest on vehicle ( width dosnt matter ) . sooooo what is the point of this..... when my tire pressure light comes on i literally put air in the tire and then just drive down the road and the light will go away?? am i missing something here?

Some vehicles do this and others don't, it depends on the system
