Don’t know why anybody would reset that to 100%! 10,000 miles is way too long between oil changes!!! (especially in VVT engines known to chew up cams, wear out can phasers and break rocker arms and springs. Clean fresh oil can prevent all of that!!! Easy decision right there!!

You can alwo just hold the up + down suspension buttons simultaneously while at "run" and it'll do the same thing.

It will not damage it but it makes it easier to jack up vehicle. Turning it off locks the suspension so you don’t have to raise the vehicle as high or else it’ll keep adjusting.
