I think if you reinstall it will not remove your software and games And all the apps and games are in your second drive so process of reinstall doesn't not make any changes with second drive.

This video does not show you how to upgrade from Windows 7 to 10, This will work in Windows 10 only. And you have to make a backup for Windows 7 first.

*My laptop has been locked by bitlocker* Need to get bitlocker key from Microsoft Account email login, but i have saved email details within the laptop in Excel. Dell Support: No way to get the key without the help of Microsoft email login. Microsoft Support: No way to recover unless you know your email id. They are telling to format the laptop, data will loss. Is there anyway to format without loosing data?

Brother i did research on this you have to install windows from usb pendrive...In this, the c drive will be formatted, the rest of the drive will remain the same.
