Yesterday I had to reset my PC since it was slow. When I try to reset with the new version of windows 11 the "Reset PC" button was not clickable so I tried with "Restart Now" button appear in the same page in Settings. While rebooting my PC I have selected the reset pc option via the additional settings. I think the button issue was a bug for my laptop. I'm using Asus laptop.

Can you do this but without losing software? Via boot screen? I don't want to reinstall all software Software? I have a lot of them. I have issue with missing D drive, and automatic repair a tbooy, can't access login screen, in safe mode asks if I want to download an app from ms store, but why would I need to download an app 5o login and how could I when I am not in Windows and ao store. It makes no sense.
