I have been watching your videos over the last 12 hours. I’m taking notes and I’m trying to figure out what my next step is..I hate my current job and I’m okay with taking a risk to leave but I’m not okay with the financial consequences that may come with it. i literally just got done "crying out to the universe" making a video about how i'm at the bottom of everything and everything around me has fallen off... my now ex boyfriend, my friends, even my sister . last year my mom passed away. everything is at its lowest. i feel like my magnets are gone. what i could attract or keep in place before fell off.. so i'm just praying to God for signs and help. Then I saw this... Thank you. It's so hard. "starting over" at 38. Never thought I'd be here, but here I am, here we go. Step 1 for me is I have to get my body/mind/soul right so I can feel strength and confidence again to do life with.

Talk about “alignment” only followed you yesterday because I saw a post of your sweatshirts. Purchased one. Today I saw your post about the KZfaq award and decided to check out your channel. In my journal app I’d wrote this maybe an hour before I watched your video “ I think there’s a fine line between no longer doing things that don’t bring you joy and sticking through a tough season. It takes real honesty, bravery, selflessness, and a deep relationship with self to know the difference.” I wrote more but when you starting speaking on this my mouth dropped. Thank you for the confirmation. This season has been knocking me all over the place and I know it’s because of my resistance to change.

When you touched on being a quiet person in a room full of loud people and feeling over talked I’m 30 and still have that happen to me ! That was my entire life and for so long I have been saying “I want to just work a simple job behind the scenes” but some how I KNOW I need to put myself out there and just be who I am soft spoken yes I love to laugh yes I love to go deep and I’m learning now in my 30’s that it’s okay to be SEEN even if your not the loudest in the room still put yourself out there as YOU !

This video came right in time, life is indeed too short for me to be doing things that doesn’t bring me joy and things that am not passionate about. I’m learning to accept myself, put me first and fiercely go after everything I want. This year i am very intentional about my mental health, growth, peace and purpose. It’s interesting that I stumbled across your channel at this moment in life. I’ve had to start over in many areas of my life. I find myself becoming vulnerable and allowing myself to express those feelings. Now, I feel a little more relaxed and not stressed out about every single thing. I can as you mentioned go with the flow of life, which has been absolutely amazing.

I wish I could explain how much I needed to hear exactly what you have said. I’ve been thinking and feeling like I’m alone, and an outcast with the digging deep about our journey. I just lost my mom, and it has definitely been one of the most difficult situations I’ve experienced in life at 35. It may be difficult, but a blessing at the same to make time by figuring out what works and what is not. No giving up on myself. I know I was meant to hear this. I’m glad I found you on KZfaq and as you held your tears back, I am a person who is thankful for you being here to allow me to understand what I feel. The sensitivity, the defensiveness and those words you used are literally what I have been feeling mentally. Definitely some tears came down during this. Thank you so much. ❤ time to start journaling.

This video was right on time! I’m literally at work while listening. I am currently in a stage in my life where I’m finding myself say, “I hate this job with a passion!” Before your video crossed my screen. I had just finished crying and asking God what’s next because I can’t take this anymore. Everything you stated resonated with my spirit. It’s funny because just started back working out as well working on finding balance to get in alignment with my highest purpose. The work is really real, but you’ve provided much insight and motivation to keep pushing, so thank you!

I have just started watching your videos. I am currently rediscovering myself and I am loving the journey(highs/lows). This video really hit my spirit and I am glad I saw it especially when you mentioned being sensitive. I am a very sensitive person and when I was younger well into my 30’s I didn’t like that I was sensitive. I would get so upset with myself, but I was by a special person to embody it. I literally told myself the other day I am taking my power back! It feels amazing! Your videos are really helping me. ❤️

This content hits me. Recently out of a job. Not sure whether to be happy or miserable, I tend to go towards the miserable part. While this job paid very well, it really affected by physical and mental health. I got depressed, still am. But the fear of starting all over again, where to start from, it is crippling. Being an overthinker and liking to always be busy and achieve great things, I find myself spiralling, perharps feeling a little bit of a failure

i wish i could express how powerful your message on sensitivy hit me. i am in tearsssssssssss! i just came to the realization of how sensitive i am, and how i've blocked that side of myself because of how my family, friends, and society have abused and viewed it, and finally accepting that part of myself and trying to understand and soak in it has been so freeing. This is my first video i've watched of yours, and i am so grateful to God i found it because you're so easy to relate to and i just love the authenticity youre coming with. Keep doing what youre doing, because its so inspirational and motivating. I'm 24 so you know i'm in the "crisis: who am i? what do i want? what do i do?" fight or flight mode and this is truly a blessing.
