YOU ARE THE GREATEST! My lovely wife left her S7 in the holder on her dash while she was in the store. Well, the phone received a full dose of direct sunlight. Needless to say, the phone overheated. I could not get it to respond until I watched your video. Thanks.

holy crap! you save me so much money. thank you. T-Mobile personnel try to give me the run around to get a new phone. smh. They to me that I had to wait till the battery drain to charge the phone enough to turn it on again to see if it freezes again I start up.

Brilliant, my first thought was to take the battery out then once I realised I couldn't I wondered if there was anyway I could unstick the screen and this worked perfectly and I now know what to do if it happens again :))
