My issue us I returned a item using a Amazon locker but didn't get any confirmation afterwards and now amazon telling me after several calls there not responsible as if u didn't return the item what can I do

I'm sorry, I never experience that case. They notified me when my item was pick up. And start processing my refund.

Does it looks like so hard to do? And beside, Amazon locker is not far from my place. And it's worth it because I can get my refund and buy another thing that I really need.

@@fahad8439 refund on my amazon credit card. They will start processing the refund when amazon/seller receive the item. But if its Prime item, sometimes they start processing the item when its in transit.

lol i don’t know how long some people might get because they didn’t follow these steps. basically they just toss the product in the locker with no packaging or label. i open the locker and be like hmm how do i scan this. off course i take it to the warehouse and they look at me hmm how do we scan this. then it goes straight to the bin that nobody cares about until they have time to deal with in a couple of days. i ask the warehouse people how are they going to get their refund. response was we don’t know because we don’t even know who’s return it is.
