Hi everyone! Here is a QUICK and EASY 'how to return things to Shein' video. In my two recent Shein hauls I mentioned I would be returning some items, and I too needed help with returning things to Shein once before. Now that I know how to do it, I thought it would be a great idea to show you how to do so as well just in case you're lost. I’m getting a lot of comments asking whether you will get your money back if you return the clothes... YES YOU WILL. Guys... it would be illegal for them to just take your money after receiving your items. I’m not sending back clothes just so I won’t have to deal with them💀 I send them all back so I can GET MY MONEY BACK lol

I received my items in one of those white bags rather than a box. Do I need to resend it in the same bag?! Because it's all cut up haha. Did you just buy a box to put your stuff in to return it?

I actually got it with a box, and I do think she got them with a box too cause that’s how it seemed, but if u have a box at home u can return it that way, or also with their bags may do💜💜

I'm so happy I searched for this video because I wasn't sure if I had to ship them in the correct bag. I ordered a huge haul of stuff and I tried a bunch of them on at the same time. A lot of them were in their respective bags, but there were a few where I just threw them in random bags and if I returned them in that state, I wouldn't get a full refund so I'm glad I figured this out first

I have orders a bunch of swimsuits from shein. Unfortunately 2 of them are big on me so I have to return it. I reached out to their Live chat customer service to see if i can exchange them for smaller size. They told me I am welcome to keep the items I initially ordered and they sent me a new one with my size!! 💖

You don’t have to use the bag. You can if you’d like to but you can go into like staples or something and get one there and that would work too!

It said i didnt need to return the items to get the refund, and i never received an email or a return label....On the bottom of my return application (if u got to ur account and click on the "return orders tab" and then click "view" it stated, in red text, "As our valued customer, we are happy to provide you with a priority refund for this return. You are welcome to keep the item without returning it! The refund will be issued back to your SHEIN Wallet within 24 hours or to your original payment method (processing time will depend on your card issuer.)" I contacted customer service and the person told me that I would get the refund without having to return the items so yay!

Hi, they don’t do exchanges. They recommend returning the item and purchasing it again. Under the options I’d put the sizing issue one

Hi! From what I know from personal experience is there is no limit to weight/size for the box since the label is already prepaid for by shein until they deduct it from your refund. I believe the only thing you can't do is ship items from different orders back in the same exact box because since they come as different shipment confirmation numbers, mixing them up may mess the return up.

Once you click on the email link you shouldn’t have to readjust the size but if you do, I don’t this the size of the label matters as long as it’s not tiny. I’ve had them come out huge before on the entire paper but it still worked.

So i did my first return to Shein. I did the return application, printed the label, used an amazon box (mine was small i only returned one item), taped over the label with clear tape to secure it, took it to usps office and made sure they scanned it. My package took close to two weeks to arrive. Process was pretty quick also it was that same day. Got refunded that same day but didnt receive the actual refund until the next day because i use cashapp. Hope this helps!

QUESTION: Do you pay $7.99 per item returned? or do you pay $7.99 and you can include several items in the package 📦 for the same price???

You always get 1 free return per order. You can return as many items from that same order in that 1st return, but once you’ve initially returned items from an order, you’ll have to pay $7.99 to return any additional items you ship out separately. All returns have to be made within 45 days. Hope that makes sense!

Hey! Thank you for watching! You don’t have to pay for the first time you ship something back BUT every additional time it’ll be $7.99 but they take that amount out of your refund. Hope that made sense lol

I'm sorry. A lot of people have been having the same problem. it's either a glitch on shein's part of the order is too late to be shipped. I suggest you get in contact with them ASAP
