#ed #erectiledysfunction #niacin #erectiledysfunctiontreatment Niacin has been shown in research to REVERSE erectile dysfunction in men with moderate to severe ED. It's an important part of any plan to fix ED. Watch this video to make sure you're using it right.

Hey guys just wanted share another weapon for preventing and reversing erectile dysfunction. There are a lot of things that can help fight erectile dysfunction but many of them are expensive or take a lot of time and effort. But today is your lucky day because this solution is cheap, easy and natural. It’s a vitamin that is commonly deficient and under utilized in helping reverse one of the causes of ED. It’s vitamin B3 or niacin. I’m going to give you a quick overview of how niacin can help fight ED but make sure to watch to the end because there are some things you need to know about niacin for it to work including the dose.
Niacin is an essential nutrient and is involved in over 500 different chemical processes in the body. One of the things that niacin is involved with is cholesterol production. High cholesterol and heart disease are some of the main causes for erectile dysfunction. When you have high levels of bad cholesterol in the blood combined with inflammation, the cholesterol begins to stick to the walls of your arteries, over time they begin to calcify or harden which creates stiffness. This then leads to higher blood pressure and more strain on the heart and can even cause blockages to form.
This also affects the arteries in the penis. They become stiff and plaques can form that reduce blood flow. The blood vessels to the penis are much smaller than the ones to the heart, and are affected sooner in the process so you will notice erection problems before you start to have problems with your heart. So it’s kind of like the canary in a coal mine signaling a serious problem that may be going on in your cardiovascular system. So this is really important to take care of.
If you have high cholesterol your doctor will most likely prescribe cholesterol lowering drug called a statin. These do lower cholesterol effectively but have some nasty side effects like: muscle pain, weakness, nausea, liver and kidney damage, sleep problems, neurological problems and the list goes on and on.
The great thing about niacin is that it lowers LDL cholesterol which is considered to be the bad kind of cholesterol and actually raises HDL cholesterol which is the good kind. HDL can actually help clear the blood vessels. Studies show that having a good ratio of HDL to LDL is better at preventing heart disease than just a lower total cholesterol score.
What’s good for the blood vessels is good for erections. Niacin has been shown in studies to improve erections in men with high cholesterol and moderate to severe ED.
In a study 80 men with high cholesterol and ED took 1500 mg niacin for 12 weeks. That’s all they did and at the end they had better erections. The moderate and severe cases did better than the mild cases of ED.
Now there’s something you need to know about niacin. It will cause a flush reaction. It starts a warm tingling or prickling sensation accompanied by redness in the forehead and moves down the body, sometimes all the way to the toes. It’s safe and effective but it can be startling to get the flush reaction if you’re not expecting it. The bigger the dose the more the flushing so it’s a good ideas to start with a smaller dose and spread it out over the day and take it with meals to reduce the flush.
Most people have little to no flush after a few weeks. It’s safe to take up to 3000 mg a day which is a high dose but you should consult with your doctor first especially if you have liver disease or are an alcoholic. Also, don’t stop taking your statins without consulting with your doctor. This video is for educational purposes, not medical advice.
To summarize: 1500 mg of niacin taken daily for 12 weeks helps with Erectile dysfunction and can improve your cholesterol. Just watch out for the niacin flush, start with a smaller dose, spread the dose out over the day and take it with meals If you want to minimize the flush.

I combine Niacin (,in the form of inositol Nicotinate 500 mg), Chromium picolinate 200 mcg, and bitter Melon capsules, and I able to control blood sugar level from 191, 155, and this afternoon 114. Your information is really helpful. During that time (this week) I reduce my Metformin doses, 500 mg 3x a day to once, and still have BS level 114. This is the best way ever I took compared to my previous experience in trying to reverse diabetes. To challenge this combination, I take little more white rice and add small amount of sugar (one flat the spoon) to my coffe. The combination win. I got 114 BS level this afternoon. Many thanks for your excellent and helpful information. GBU

Niacin helps lower cholesterol, but dose help with BPH, BPH has a number of things that contribute, calcium build up is one of the main ones, that's why it is most often seen in old guys 45 and old, the causation effect is time. Products that can soften and break down the calcium build up are going to be more effective. Liquid Iodine with some other ingredients including palmagranite, and kelp can break down the deposits. Prostadine may, have not had tried it yet?

I was taken off my second statin due to my liver enzymes spiking. The first one gave me severe muscle cramps. I was taken off and not given any alternatives from my doctor. However, since off the statins and on niacin, I sleep like a baby, have enough energy to work out, and my abdominal girth is down.

I have been using B3 100mg2/day also called flush niacin because it turns your face red combined with liquid garlic capsules plus gingko60 mg2/day for high b/p. b/p is much better than it was on lisinapryl. And yes, those 3 natural supplements do keep the blood vessels open if you also keep your weight down to what's considered to be healthy. It also keeps e.d. at bay. I've had type1, insulin dependent diabetes for 30 years and 10 months as of today. Give it a try, it works for me.

Excuse the delayed answer please, I've been super busy lately. The term"flush niacin" refers to straight Vitamin B3. It's sometimes called flush niacin because it expands the blood vessels and in your face it causes a reddening of the face. Not to be confused with niacinamide which is synthetic B3 Niacinamide will not cause the facial flush. There you go.

Another side effect of niacin is rashes. A brown rash that can be in the groin area, around the waist, in the arm pits, and on the trunk areas of your body. I was misdiagnosed and mistreated for these rashes for several weeks with antifungal athletes food creams. Finally a new doctor immediately identified these rashes as a side effect of the niacin I was taking. Stopped the niacin, the rashes stopped as well. Just be aware. Oh, and the niacin never lowered my cholesterol to be therapeutic.

Probably because they are whole different topics as well. Also, excessive intake of zinc is a problem. Many things they could have done before the covid vax came out. Didn't. Excess cancer deaths doubled covid deaths due to lockdowns and fear of hospitals. In the group that was dying of covid. If cared they would have lifted lockdowns and stopped the fear. How ,any hypochondriacs did it all cause? Total cpvid deaths bearly more than seasonal flu deaths, excess could be caused by the mass society stress and fear campaign. Doctors saw it all did get together and go on strike. Participated no complaint the whole time. I lost so much faith in the system. SA,e fpr anyone with above second year science.

@@kobalt77 you should try the brand by NOW they have a 500mg that is time released. So you can start out with a higher amount 250-500mgs. I had started out breaking them in half and using half a tablet in the morning with breakfast and the other half at night with dinner. Then i started using another half at lunch. And then a full tablet (500mg) twice a day and then later another full one with lunch. Their time released is not flush free but is a lot milder than regular niacin but will still cause a flush if you start out with too much. And using niacin with a meal helps lessen any flush also. You can get use to and up the dosage fairly quickly in a couple days. And keep increasing the dosage about every 3 days until you get to where you want to be. 1500-2000 is a good amount to try to get to.

@Risingabovechaos
@Risingabovechaos Жыл бұрын
@@StronglifePhysiotherapyIt is a guide to enhancing male sexual performance and everything we can do with this aim in mind. It explains lifestyle changes which will improve blood flow and circulation. This is best implemented at as young an age as possible to help prevent ED and to keep us intimately active for longer. There is also a section on the mindset to adopt for approaching this. It explains how diet can help. Also habits to avoid which are harmful to blood flow and circulation. To help prevent clogged arteries etc. It tells us the foods we can include in our diet to help improve circulation. Also natural supplements which can aid and benefit performance and a list of supplements which are popular but harmful. By this i mean like SARMS and steroids There is a detailed explanation of a very easy to do exercise regime to strengthen the pelvic floor muscles to improve erection strength and consistency. These can be done absolutely anywhere. In the car, on a bus even at your desk at work. So even if you dont have time you can just perform the routine as you go about your normal daily life. Also how to utilse this muscle to last longer and prevent premature ejaculation. I may have missed something but this is the basic gist. I'm 50 next month and I can report that this is effective and works well.

That is a common effect with niacin, its called the niacin flush, happens to just about everyone when they take it. When you take it consistently it will happen less and less. You can start with a small dose and work up from there. It also helps to take it with food. Taking it with Vitamin C can also reduce the flush symptoms.
