After that start to show the rewinding process. I think it would be a better step although a bit lengthy but more useful to the needy. Thanks a lot .

Sir. You are so expert in winding. Why you have not made any winding machine ...hand made or machine. You may love to do by hand. You can use SPOT WELDING MACHINE to join wires to Commutator segments. This will avoid peeling of wire. Insulation will be automatically burnt in Spot Welding. Joint will be strong. Machine cost Rs. 3000 to 4000 only. Thanks for educating people. Ashok. Bangalore
