I have watched this video for at least 20 times, watching carefully every inch of your instruction. Struggled for a while but the main thing is practice, practice and practice. And finally, how sweet it is to find the "sweet spot" Thanks for sharing !!

I watched your video multiple times before I got my T 12. You make it look so easy. When I took mine out fir the first time today, and following your instruction, I couldn't get it to move forward to save my life. I'm going out again tomorrow to try it again. So I watched the video again to make sure that I'm doing it correctly. Great video by the way.

I found eventually that riding one of these the motion is very much like what you see skiers do down mountains. Did that motion and immediately got my very broken trikke to ride good. Getting a better non broken one today which will likely be much easier to ride 👍🏼

+Moose Casey Thanks for that. It is very very hard to analyse yourself when you are riding. I tried to break down what I think I do to get it moving. Once you get it, it just feels so natural.

I had one of these the best way I can describe how to ride one is think of how you ride roller blades but you use both feet I remember loving this thing but the crashes were brutal

Love this, i am Maybee to light,,, Can it be dificult to steere...?
@deborahbauman53663 жыл бұрын
I’m light and I initially could not move it at all unless going downhill. Shifting body weight concept didn’t work for me, I had to think more like roller skating... so I had to shift all my body weight to one foot and push out/down on the other peddle like a skate... that worked much better I was actually able to have a little fun. As someone else said you have to find the “sweet spot”. It definitely takes a lot of patience and practice. Personally I’ve had mine for several years and never mastered it enough to really enjoy it. So I’m finally going to kick it to the curb.

So very unfortunate that Trikke Tech abandoned body-powered models!!! Instead of catering to the general fun and fitness populace, TT now only build and provide high end (very) expensive electric models.

I ate shit yesterday trying to go fast lolz
@sammuldoon37255 жыл бұрын
I was hoping that you picked up your feet and pushed out to the side, like people do whing roller blading. I was hoping it was basically like roller blading but easier and safer. For example, you could not do the splits, because there would be a limit to how far the two rear wheels could be pushed out away from each-other Also, you could not windmill your arms and fall over forward on your face. The the front wheel and handle-bars make falling forward difficult. However, that's clearly not how a Trikke works at all. You don't use your legs very much.

How fast do these go on average?
@TheBo Жыл бұрын
I was able to get my T12 up to about 17 miles an hour on flat surface.
@nikolasirovica3250 Жыл бұрын
@@TheBo nice! But what would be the average speed? Like not pushing yourself, arrive at your destination not too sweaty or out of breathe.
@TheBo Жыл бұрын
@@nikolasirovica3250 My average speed on a T78 Air and T8 Air is right around 10mph over a 6-mile ride. Maybe a little sweaty but not out of breath.
@nikolasirovica3250 Жыл бұрын
@@TheBo Wow that's awesome! Not too much slower than a bike! I wish cars would be banned in cities, so people could actually commute to work and get around in a fun way, like on these, or rollerblades, skateboarding, cycling etc.
@CosmicSeeker69 Жыл бұрын
@@nikolasirovica3250 and there's your answer. I bike is one heck of a lot more mechanically efficiency - not to mention what 200 of these swerving things would look like on city roads. You can't reinvented the wheel.
