Hi , try heating the tortilla up for 15 to 30 seconds. Helps it from tearing. I do mine 15 seconds a side.

Unfortunately this method does not seem to work with the thicker Mission flour tortillas that you buy in the bag at the grocery store. it seems to only work with the thinner type of tortillas that you would get at a restaurant but I'm not sure where to buy those. Cuz when you attempt to roll up the tortilla, it just breaks and cracks

So confident, but I think this is so wrong... you ended up with a long line of filling, that you then folded over itself a couple of wraps. The filling should be in the other orientation and now bent over itself... or am i confused?
