@@WebspoonWorldIf you like frying the chorizo for meals then try something they recently introduced here in some sub shops in America. Deep fry slices of pepperoni until they float, it makes what is similar to spicy crisp potato chips that work well with cream cheese dips or something like ranch dressing. From Google: No, it’s not safe to eat raw bacon. Even though bacon has been preserved through the curing process, it has not been cooked. Like other foods you should never eat raw, consuming raw or undercooked meat puts you at risk of foodborne illness from viruses, bacteria or parasites.

As a descent of Mexicans and eating real Mexican food, and being born in Texas, and growing up w/Tex-Mex food... I'll say I will give these tasty treats a try. Now, the only thing different i will do is stick to the Mexican cheeses. There are many Mexican cheeses that melt well: Queso fresco (fresh cheese) Añejo (old cheese--don't let the name fool you--that is harder and drier; a crumbly cheese) Cotija (an aged cheese) Oaxaca (stringed cheese, as it's known) Panela (it's a 'flexible/bendable' cheese) Chihuahua cheese (similar to white cheddar) Requesòn (Mexican 'mozzarella') Asadero (perfect melting cheese w/a mild flavor) Manchego (similar to a sharp cheddar) I have subbed to your channel and look forward to more delicious videos.❤

You should have added avocado to the 1st recipe, then it would be perfect.

The first one. I like it. I never would have thought to cook all the topping in a skillet first then placing tortilla on top. I may have to trim the square Flax-seed bread I have to a round shape to fit should I try this. I know my first try won't turn out as well as this one looks.

Having spent 10 years in Texas, 4 in New Mexico, and 3 in Arizona I love Mexican food. But these recipes still look great. Nothing wrong with an "interpretation."

It wasn't really an interpretation...it was more or less about the use of the tortilla..which is used in burritos and tacos..why are so many people criticizing him???

I was thinking along these lines but had never done this before. Now? I'm going to have to do it. This looks great! Thank you my, Slavic sounding, Burrito Brother! You guys would come up with this Mexican style variation. I understand the lack of resources and prices. Whereas most Americans, can't. They have no concept. Of where you are. But you could also be in the good old US of A, for all I know? And are enrolled at NYU? In the heart of Manhattan. And cured bacon doesn't go bad like, ground beef. When you have little refrigeration. Or even full-sized refrigeration. As ice cubes only keep your Ice box, so cold for, so, long. I understand perfectly. I'm a camper! And your Burrito makes total sense! And looks delicious. And so do you put some butter in the skillet first? Everything is better with butter. Salted butter lasts longer in warm temperatures than, unsalted butter. Which is boring, butter. And doesn't last as long as salted butter on the tabletop, at smooth spreading room temperature. And the only way you're going to get it on, Matzoh. I'm either is nothing better. Salted butter on matzoh. Better than any cracker you have ever had! Pick yourself up some today. As you can also turn it into, Matzoh Balls. And dump it into your, Buzzard, Pigeon, Peacock, Blackbird, soup. As it all, tastes like chicken. Ducks, geese and turkeys also work well. Especially wild turkeys. If you can get them to calm down first? Before you cut their heads off. As you don't want them running around a whole lot after that. They are hard to catch. Especially without their heads. You can't tell where they've gone. Because they can no longer, gobble gobble. So don't let them get away from you. Pigeons work better. Some people call them Squab. And charge a lot of money for them. But they are in fact, Free! I mean you have to be resourceful to be a camper. Jesus is not going to help you. RemyRAD

Great videos ideas, just on the last one my suggestion would be to put some oil in the pan for the crunchwrap, so it becomes golden and crispy.

I wouldn't use corn, but I would use sauteed onions. I would cook the bacon first. American for Minced Beef is "Ground Beef." Cucumbers in this case are "pickles" to Americans. I've never heard of the sauce you added to the beef..... what is it and where can one get it? Great video. You always inspire!

I like your videos. I wish I could buy very flat tortilla in USA with reasonable price, but they contain too much GMO and other bad ingredients. I have made flat bread from scratch, but they are not the same and they are thicker. I avoid processed food and specially bakery isle in grocery stores etc. I try to avoid high contents of fat, but you always have some recipes to my likings. Your ideas are very good and so is your style. Thank you!
