I have found that my wrapping got a million times better when I heated the tortilla just a little bit; 20 seconds each side on a pan does the trick (or if you’re a proper Latina mom, straight on the burner). It gives it that extra stretch and will tear less easily.

I learned you fold and press in half horizontally while leaving some space at the bottom, kinda like a quesadilla. This compacts the filling and prevents it from oozing out the corners like it does in the vid, and gives a whole bunch of empty space at the top to roll that blizzy tight. Good ole Moe's.

I can do this ultra fast from working in KFC for years and having to roll twisters and burrito type items. I worked in there a decade ago and i can still do this with ease. I remember they used to sell these fiddly, little cheesey BBQ rollers made wigh popcorn chicken, hated those. I remember a few lads came in and orderered 65 at once, was raging cos it tied up the back of house, and took me just under 5 minutes to do the lot, by my self, my manager came back and started chewing me up about taking too long, were supposed to have the order out in 1 minute after cashier hits total 😂 no wonder i quit weeks later after that

This is also how you wrap surgical packs to put into an autoclave to sterilize. Or very close to it, gotta fold the corners back over. But if ya know how to wrap a burrito you can basically get paid 30$ an hour to wrap surgical packs and fold towels. But understand those towels are covers in sht no one wants to touch. The packs are just covered in 🩸, you got this! 💪
