@@PimpinPenguin96 ofc you meal prep this tho, you make like 10 at a time (making multiple isn't much longer than making 1) and then freeze it, fry it on the griddle the day you want to eat it (or just microwave it if you're omega lazy like me)

Well, the way I look at it, he gives me inspiration. Instead of making the tortillas the same day, I will plan and make them the day before. I don’t need to make the Pico because I will substitute it with my own fermented salsa which is delish and of course I will use regular bacon. So, I use his videos as a guide and inspiration. This is a pretty simple recipe..really and I think with my substitutions, it will be just as good or similarly good.🙂

I use a bag of Jimmy Dean Breakfast Skillets, a dozen eggs and around a half pound of cheese to make four extra large burritos. I wrap in aluminum foil, put in the fridge and eat them in the car on the commute. I also make Quiche style with mushroom/bacon/onion/spinach/Swiss using the precooked bacon bits from BJ Wholesale. I used frozen chopped spinach I thaw in water then firmly squeeze the water out before adding to the mix. Nothing wrong with the video if you're making it on the weekends, but I'm already working and cooking dinner. I can make either mine in under 20 minutes if the spinach is thawed at about $2 each.

I've just made the first burrito 🌯 and it was delicious!!! 😋 The only thing I changed was the bacon 🥓 (I used thinner sliced) and the type of cheese (I used a mixed blend) since its the only ones I had on hand. But the recipe was still 😃 great 👍 since to me the simple pico de gallo was the star ✨ of this dish. Thank you for sharing as always!!! The clearly thought out instructions were easy to follow, even for a newbie beginner cook like me.

I made one of these (chimichanga) and had different fillings and toppings in mine, but I kept the crema... and while I already like breakfast burritos, these really sent them into another plane of existence. Thank you for this. I’ll be making a lot of these from now on I think :’))

i remember doing somthing similar to the 1st burrito a few years ago, i cooked the onions, bacon, jalapenos and tomatos in a pan and added the eggs to it then mixed it all together in the pan. i wouldnt call it an omelette more like a loaded scrambled eggs that i put in a tortilla, added a dash of sriracha sauce and rolled it up. will give that one a try too, looks good

Here's a little tip, just because a recipe calls for something doesn't mean you have to add it. I know you don't know that but its true. Plus the only thing I didn't have is the pico de galo. Truthfully, I wouldn't put much effort into breakfast though, because I don't eat breakfast and I'm not a morning person. I also never have pico since I can't ever find fresh cilantro. Sorry if I made you upset, I was really just joking with ya. Or we can fight if you want. Up to you really

An amateur would have never held their ground and told me off like that, so you have my respect even though you called me a low life which hit hard because it's the truth. Favorite breakfast burritos I've made at home, tortilla(yeah I used store bought), sourcream, fried hashbrown (country style), scrambled eggs, and some pan-fried canned corned-beef hash, onions & green bell peppers when I have them, with some 'garsapos' sauce (i forgot how it was spelled) that tasted and smelled exactly like mild taco bell sauce. I dream about those burritos some times. I can't find what the actual sauce was but it was in a plastic ranch bottle shape and i'm pretty sure it started with a G
