Normal dishwashing sponge...like scotchbrite and all

It doesn't dry immediately but happens after sometime...after around 15-20 mins when you leave it open, it starts to get hard. I tried making lippan art today for the first time and was slow in placing the clay pieces onto the MDF board since I was a beginner, and faced this issue. Make sure you don't let too much air contact with the clay. Keep it in an airtight container to avoid hardening

While doing dnt turn on the fan....it will dry soon

Any plain surface would work. I used the backside of a stainless steel plate. Worked fine for me
