YOU CAN WIN THE BLACKLIST CAR AT EVERY ENEMY because if you remember where you pulled the car at lets say blacklist 15, at the next blacklist driver the Slot is to 100% on another Spot that means you just Need to remember where the Slot was the last time and just pull the oder 2 Slots thank me later and try it out it Works ( Even if you dont get the car it is on another Slot to 100%)

I used to speedrun myself (not NFS mind you, other stuff) and yeah I can attest that it's definitely an endurance on one's patience. What helped me was just seeing runs to the end as much as I could, even if it's a clear wash I preferred to finish what I started than starting over. Because honestly I'm likely tilted from botching a run, going into a new one immediately would make it worse more often than not.

Resetting would be aggravating only if you’re going for world record. Regular records can allow wasted time.

Most of the time I speedrun games where there's not much competition so the frustration part is less there, most wanted is one of the worst racing games for speedruns because of the many ways to kill a run

I feel like new racing games make me a worse driver by forcing me to drive through trees, light poles, and over curbs instead of following the road, so I’d love to see a racing game that has realistic mechanics where it forces you to drive leanly as possible, driving into trees, light poles, and over curbs can total your car and you have to pay for the damages, with some car mechanic sim stuff in the game, like the swapping parts and engines, maintaining your car like changing oil, tires, brakes, and nos would behave like nos where if you use up your nos, you have to spend money to refill it

My game crashed too on windows 11. I lost the heat level, but didn't realize it was from the crash. I was on 35% of the career, just about to buy the Elise, so it wasn't that bad. 😅

Btw, did you know that you can actually press the reset button while in a chase. When you are caught between dead cops and the busted bar reaches zero (the busted portion of the bar, it should not be totally in the middle), you can press the reset button to free yourself. The conditions are really specific but it's still better than getting busted.

Well if you refuse to go back to any version of Windows that works what about emulating Windows via a VM? You can technically get XP and run it without Internet with decent performance.

@@bumblebity2902 emulating Windows means you can run any number of operating systems at the same time while your actual physical computer has Windows 11 or whatever virtual machines allow you to disconnect any number of things such as Internet so I don't see why kuru couldn't do this to avoid issues like stability

Old games crashing sadly is a thing, and sppedrunners use the first buggy versions of games which usually have more exploits. Its sad when a good old game runs worse on modern hardware, Iam trying GRID now on Win11 and it crashes every second race for no reason :(

I am able to play DiRT and GRiD 2 quite well on Win11 though. Even finished both with every race on hardest difficulty. Although the in-game graphics settings are turned down to their minimum, exception being the FPS kept to 60. Runs very well. GRiD is not abandonware yet so I can't play it unfortunately.

GRID 1 hates modern CPUs, try the ZOOM release as it is fixed, or Broski's mod pack

@@Jules-69lol Thanks, have to look into that. Iam running a pirated version with the Grid Xtra mod which opens a can of worms. I its fair game running an unknown version on modern hardware, this gem is worth a few CTD anyway :)

it's insane how badly optimized windows 11 is, you literally gain 0 benefits from it - worse performance in games and for the computer - worse compatibility for older games - even more broken ui than windows 10 - less features than windows 10 (all sacrificed for the broken ui) and I genuinely don't know ANYONE that didn't had some kind of problem with windows 11, for instance, my friend upgraded to windows 11 for some time trying to fix a problem, and on discord, he ended up starting lagging, and he has an i9 from 11th gen, and a generally way faster computer than mine, I've upgraded to windows 11, and while it wasn't as bad as other people's experiences, I still experienced huge performance losses on the long run. i know some more optimized windowses released from microsoft (windows ltsc, which has extended support btw) that may do the trick, but it requires a bit of tweaking after the installation, so there isn't exactly a choice for a consumer "out-of-the-box" (that includes linux, which in my case still required to play a bit with the files to make it behave the way i wanted.)

I tried window 11 once and it broke my quick view folder where it would randomly flip into a different view instead of the recently used folder and file view. I decided to revert back to windows 10, and the bug has since stuck with me for the past year.
