In this video, I will share what I did to run my clinic efficiently.
I used to finish completing charts at night. After changing my process, I complete my notes the moment the clinic ends, the number of calls have dropped by 80% and I got back 6 hours per week.

Completely disagree regarding labs. Has to open the chart, see what labs patient needs and match it to the lab then call the nurse to inform the patient. All without seeing the patient. Never works for me . Some labs are not needed , done elsewhere by some other MD and some additional labs may be needed ! Causes patients dissatisfaction, double labs etc.
