really cool, but just one tip. you always do the bridle first so you have more control of the horse. Also always do the martingale last before you do up the girth as the horse could trip on the starp or even bend it! hope it helps. ;)

oh and u guys are scaring him can you not tell by his body language. poor baby. Hints on how to tell when a horse is scared, head up, ears back, walking back and forth, in a corner DOING ALLLL THOSE THINGS, when they are like that move them to the middle so you aren't squeezing around him it makes them even more nervous, i hate racing

This girls is annoying as hell and to everyone saying it is quiet for a racehorse thoroughbreds especially racehorses or ex racehorses are usually extremely well manned and will stand still tied up to be groomed or tacked and are generally really well behaved, can you imagine if they were fidgety on a race yard with lots of horses, the grooms would get nothing done it would take so long with one

I WISH this was my trainer jeez this man is so pleasant or appears to be. I heard him say it was a chick free zone but still I've been doing this( the racing end) over 30 years, show horses 40 years and the racing trainer I work for now will scare the c*ap out of you .I hear the f word aimed at me ( and the other 2 grooms) every 2 seconds screaming at me so badly that I had to ask him to STOP IT or I could NOT do my job. Just the way it went this year ,maybe next year someone a little easier to work with. Oh and things go a little better after 12pm when he emerges out of his truck in a cloud of skunk weed . This guy is 60+.
