In this video, we're going to learn how to say "I have to~" or "I should~" in Korean!
The Korean sentence pattern is "(어/아/해)야 돼요" or "(어/아/해)야 해요"
so let's find out how to conjugate the verbs in this pattern!

Minji Teaches Korean 민지 티치 코리안 haha.. keying on green screen will do that with some colors..if not green screen, make sure you white balance correctly. I recommend a gray scale card. It’ll really help with skin tones. Still look great and great work 선생님. I’m learning a lot!

Mariam Nehhass 는데 can use in present tense, 예, 제 동생은 자전거를 잘 타는데 저는 잘 못 타요. My brother is perfect to ride cycle bit i can not ride. 있는데) - 가방은 아까 여기 있는데 지금은 없었어요. Bag was here but just while ago. But now it was was not here.

This is incredibly helpful. Not just for this phrase, but there is enough explanation and examples here to make that first leap from just learning words to start learning how to make sentences - exactly what I've been looking for! Although I think I am going to need to watch this every day for a week before I have mastered the phrases!!!!

Oh my gosh! I've been wanting to learn how to say this! 진짜 감사해요!! Two Questions 🤗: 1. Do you also have a video on how to say, "I need to (verb)"? 2. I learned the verb 입다 for "To wear." Is 쓰다 more natural to say? I never realized it could be used for wearing clothes! Such a useful verb 😂

Can you please teach us how to say "that's why" in korean. Ex. #1 The cat has arrive "that's why" the mouse run so fast to hide. Ex.#2 korean unnie is beatiful and lovely while teaching "that's why" i loved to watch and learn from her. 😁😁😆

아녕하세요 선생님 ! All your videos are really good and easy to understand and really helpful. And can you please explain if there is any difference between (ㄹ/을 까요) and (아/어/해) 돼요 or (아/어/해) 해요 patterns ? Or we can use any one of the above patterns for saying I should / have / must. Or these two patterns are used in different situations ?

I was wondering if you have any examples using an adjective with this grammar. Because my grammar book and the internet says it can be used with both verbs and adjectives but like you it only give examples with verbs...

Joey tito Like I said in this video you can say Should,Have or Must by using this form :) But if you really want to say the imperative form, put these adverbs "꼭" or "반드시"! They both mean "Surely" or "Certainly" in English So if you say '꼭 와야 돼요', it means 'You must come'
