The clay I used is water based clay(Sadhu mati)it is easily available online.

Cute bird. What are the 4 sticks you used and why? This would explode in the kiln with no air vents ?? Did you fire this bird ?

Sticks are used to provide support to the sculpture and I did not fire the bird.

Ouais, ça dépend de toi.Vider la sculpture réduira le poids et économisera également l'argile en cas de grosse sculpture, Merci.

Holling la sculpture n'a pas beaucoup d'importance... mais ce qui compte particulièrement dans le cas de l'argile à base d'eau, c'est la teneur en humidité et la température à laquelle la sculpture est cuite. Une exposition soudaine à des températures élevées ou à une teneur élevée en eau de l'argile peut provoquer des fissures dans l'argile. Le mieux est de laisser sécher la sculpture à l'air libre pour certains puis de la chauffer à la bonne température.
