YOU are a HOOT! I love this video and it has helped me feel better about the baby sweater I am seaming. I knew I was going to like you when you said, “I’m going to TELL you because that question was rhetorical.” LOL THANK YOU for dummying this down for me. I’ve been knitting since I was 15...and I’m 51 now, but purl seams were always an unattractive mess for me. RAINBOWS AND SMIEY FACES! I love it!!! 🌈 😃

thank you for a slow, easy to understand explanation. just what I needed. for future tutorial maybe seaming with a different color would be helpful but overall I would not change a thing I even loved the extra drawing graphic that highlighted your point of the difference. thanks

i figured out the top bump and bottom bumps. thats how garter stitch looks without stretching and you can see the top and bottom bumps better

Is there any way to seam classic knit stitches together? I am trying to make a small cowl and I am a beginner who hasn't tried purl stitch yet. Is there any way to do that or should I just cast off and seam it together on the ends?
