Dale your exactly right and if everyone did glass you would have alot less hunter accidents !!! instead of hearing these ridiculous stories of someone hearing something and opening up and firing before they see their target!!!!

I agree 100%!! I use my binos for both deer and turkey hunting so i can pick out that antler or ear flick of a deer or head bob of a bird.

So the general rule seems to be- set up near bedding at dawn and by food plots at dusk. I don't understand why a decent bedding area can't be camped at dusk, to bag a deer when deer would be LEAVING the bedding area. Is it because deer will often bed down close enough to the edge of the cover to see out, and will see you set up nearby mid-late afternoon? What if the bedding area is fairly expansive?

I’m a Bino guy who never go out hunting either deer or Turkey without one. It makes the hunt much easier to confirm the game animal, bird I’m after. They make a great gift idea for people who go outdoors too.

Hey Dale what binos are you using in this video? I have a great pair of bushnells but they're very large so I mostly leave them in the truck or take them on the boat. I'm looking for something compact like you have there that I can better tote around in the field.

@@TupeloBranch whatever you go for if the weight is not issue, 10/42 are perfect within 300 yards . They’re not too bulky. Anything less power is really pushing it as I’ve used them in the past and sometimes it disappointed me. Make sure they’re waterproof, fog proof kinda bino .

@@chiya2006 My current set are the bushnell 10x50s and they're massive in size and pretty heavy. They're great for glassing ponds or fields on duck trips but not so much for carrying around. I'll take your advice and no go under the 10x42s.
