When you say after 5 years you can apply for nationality. Is the 2 years wait period(asylum period) counted in the 5years?

Heyy! Awesome video but what happens if they denegate the asilo and also the humanitarian reasons residency while having the red Card after the white Sheet? Do they? I read it says you have to leave Spain, how do people stay or what do they have to do after it?

They can, if they find out your reason for asylum is false or unfounded after their investigations they can ask you to leave. I don't know anyway you can stay after this. Hopefully it never gets to this

That's the law. Apply for asylum in the country you first got into.

Not possible. Any where you entered from is where you should seek asylum.

but there is what I'd called Dublin convention, if you land in another country, and apply in another ,is just that the country you're seeking asylum will notify the country you landed and ask to bring you back or continue with your application.

As I know you need to have a permanent address before u apply the asylum ( no airbnb or hotel address) at the nearest police station and if u don’t have the local bank account you will be facing another problem which is difficult for you to rent a place .

Hey Tom. Yeah you need to open a bank with passport and rent a place and have the Padrón. I did that part but, what happens if they denegate the asilo and also the humanitarian reasons residency while having the red Card after the white Sheet?
