Download and use custom toolbar (Quick Access Toolbar)
Download the zip from efficiency365.com/wp-content/...
Unzip the file and extract the .exportedui file.
Go to Outlook (Windows Desktop only)
File - Options - Quick Access Toolbar
Choose Import/Export button - Import Customization File - select this file.

Please make a whole video on using the dictation feature and adding that button to toolbars in other areas. My supervisor would like to be able to use it in Actions to be able to add instructions before assigning it as a task to someone else, but we can't figure out how to make the dictation work except in composing or replying. Thank you for your wonderfully informative videos!

Thanks Marco. Which version of Outlook are you using? In the meantime, you can create your own custom toolbar by adding commonly used buttons (which don't have a keyboard shortcut). Just right click and choose Add to Quick Access Toolbar.

Binder means what? Deliver files together? Just compress (ZIP) them. If you want cloud solution, put them in a folder and share the folder link. Is that what you need?

Doctor, When we share the onedrive link instead of attachment and the recipient makes some changes, if later on some contention arises, how do we prove what was the original content shared.

After every change, a version is created. You can always open the previous version and check. For each file, 500 versions are stored. In Word, if you enable track changes, you can see who changed / deleted what. In Excel, right click anywhere and choose Show Changes to see who changed what. If I send my staff a email with a loop comp. in it. Then I go off to work on other things. Over the next hour, my 3 staff members enter in data but they don't reply to the email. What prompts me to know that they are completed?

Loop components are basically .loop files stored in OneDrive of the originator. Therefore, file notifications are same as any other file activity in OneDrive.
