I stumbled across your channel tonight and I must say you do a great job with your content. Just as a heads up at the beginning of the video, you put a sticky note over your address, but forgot to blur out the tracking number that is below. In the wrong hands that could still give someone more information about where you live then you would probably like. With that in mind, you may want to consider editing this video and blurring it out, and then re-uploading it to the channel. In these days with stupid people it’s better to be safe than sorry. Also, at the end of your video, you put the phone box into your mailbox. In these days of porch, Pirates and mail theft, I would actually recommend taking it to the post office. If you take it inside and hand it to someone behind the counter, you can also get a receipt that way if the package is lost in transit you have a receipt to show you sent it in. I would also take pictures of the phone inside the envelope as well as the envelope sitting inside of the box just to be safe. A friend recently had her phone disappear while in transit and because she had the pictures and the receipt, AT&T applied her credits, even though they did not receive the device. Had she not done that she would’ve lost a lot of money.

At&t's TRADEOFFER23 (any Samsung Galaxy) is $800 credit now provided a 3rd party value it over $130 (so old phones won't qualify). Says any condition, but not true as anything can cut it to $350 credit (scratch on case, bezel, screen burn-in, bad pixels, etc.). Bait and switch basically from what they say before you start the actual trade-in process. I've spent hours on att support phone/chat lines working to cancel my order so hope this helps others.
