A tips and tricks video on the recoil would be awesome Fixing a broken rope/spring or proper way to wind the rope Thank you for taking the time to show us

Love that you did that video on an 026. Still have one, an early production, with the red choke/on/off lever. Definitely one of my favourite saws. Had a Dukes dual port exhaust. She almost keeps up w the ported 261. Don’t make ‘em like that anymore sadly! Thanks for the awesome video Donny

I love them old saws. I have a 041AV that I don't have a clue about but it tachs out at 10800RPM with a Full House Full chisel 20in roller tip bar. Cuts awesome for a old tractor of a saw

Keep preaching the good word on how to look after chainsaws Donny lord knows I gave up a long time ago lol! Now I just keep to myself for the most part and get a chuckle at just how bad people let thing's go when I work on some of these "maintenance free saws", take care.

Those little 026/MS260 saws were great. Not the most powerful, but super light. Until the 346xp NE showed up, those little saws ruled the 50cc class. Excellent limbing saw. But that 346xp was an absolute beast of a 50cc, and left almost everything else in the dust. As a side note, the 026/MS260 "Pro" had the clutch operated adjustable oil pump (and a complete unnecessary decomp). The regular 026/260 had a crank operated oil pump. Regardless, they were great little saws.

Ya for sure I’m building myself another 346 one of my favorite saws for sure🪵🪵👍👍

@@donnywalker4691 If you come across a decent JRed 2153... Let me know. That was the first saw my father bought me... Mostly limbing eastern hardwoods, and ground work. I loved that saw. It was stolen in 2019.

@@Matt-416my 346xp also has the same useless decomp valve, but it is an awesome saw.

Did the skid plate screws not damage the cases? The 14.4v snap on stuff is nice. The little flood light is amazing. It's super bright, like a spot light, and the battery on one literally lasts for hours. Highly recommend one. It's a great addition to the tool arsenal.

What kind grease do you use, I've used lithium grease before but was unsure if that was the right kind.
