I took away from your video a terrific idea that will help in my every day situation on a very active river The Merrimack River in MA. My fenders jump up onto the dock when passing power boats do not slow down. The water becomes very turbulent and I might as well not even put out fenders. I am going to implement your idea of adding the gallon jug with sand to the bottom of the center fender at the widest part of the boat. to keep it from jumping out on the water and landing on top of dock.
