Hlo sir i am from India i am a beginner in settings now i am 15 years old when i set a ball it spins too much and some time i can't set softly and i want to know should my thumb face my eyes or face each other and when i throw ball where thumbs should be

What kgs of medicine ball are required

When you are under 14 I recommend 1kg, over 15 go for 3kg medicine ball👍
