In this Video The Spa Man thats Me will show you how to change the filter cycle on your Hot Tub. This is one of the many calls I receive everyday and it is an easy fix. The calls I get go something like this #1 My spa only heats to 85 degrees #2 My spa runs and runs nonstop. #3 My spa is not Heating at all and so on... Now not all problems are caused by having the wrong setting but this is a great place to start and it doesn't cost any money just some time to learn how it works. I'm really happy to see even the technicians are baffled by hot tub controls. Just like this video, my manual says nothing about what F1-F8 is, but I am able to scroll through them just as Spa Man is. This is not helping my no heating issue on a 1 year old TuffSpa.

If your Hot tub is not heating Chances are you might be in the wrong or you could have a problem with the element itself...Filtration Cycles run from F1 to F8 (F1 = 1 hour every 12 hours / F8 = 8 hours every 12 hours). Preset cycle set from factory is F1, so if your in EC or SL mode your water will not reach desired temperature. Hope this Helps And Thank for Watching & SUBSCRIBING

On my Jacuzzi, the F1, F2 etc usually is the cycle time of the pump...on mine, I think I use F8 which cycles the pump/jets every 4 hours for 20 minutes...like Spa man said, check manual to get specifics for your model

I have a tuff spas hot tub and for some reason it just stopped heating. The lights go on panel. I’m wondering how to fix that or what could be the possible causes? All last winter and used it a few times and it never did this before.

Hey spa man I'm working on a tuff spa tt450 it will turn on and run for about 2-3 mins or so and then shuts down everything it was running great last year is this the water heater?? Do I need to replace it?? Clean it?? What would you suggest
