Have you had your cold card brick up? Mine has done it twice before I got PIN number set. Is this a reliable hard wallet or not?

so can I just create a blue wallet from these seed words and grab the adress and then delete the blue wallet and keep sending btc to that adress and when it's time to withdraw I can just get the words from my cold wallet and recover/restore wallet to get access to my bitcoin? just use the cold card to store my seed phrase. I don't have any computer

Hey there. Thank you so much for your awesome videos. I am new to the bitcoin world and your videos are super helpful. If I may ask one question though, I don't understand how the coldcard 'back up' works. Do you have to have your coldcard backed up in a separate SD card to recover your bitcoin in case the coldcard gets damaged/stolen? Or is having a seed words written down on a paper enough to retrieve your bitcoin?

So wait a second: the Cold Card with the seed is protected only by a PIN that has at the most only 12 digits? 12 digits is a very weak PIN for what it's protecting. Edit: OK now I see that it only allows 13 tries.
