So you can actually create a Data Layer through that plugin and there is no need for a programmer?

Hello! Here's what our senior strategist had to say: The WordPress Google Tag Manager plugin creates the data layer, to interface with Google Tag Manager. So if you are using WordPress, you will not need to use a developer to create a data layer.
