It does mate, I know it's easy to get anal about these things but I just have a thing about wanting to pin my line down plus the fact the tubing is fish safe when playing them. Cheers pal 👍🏻

Hi Steve- as a Newby to carp fishing I'm getting most of my information of u tube .just wondering why when fishing with a solid bag the bait go's in first and not the weight.

Hi Jim. Sometimes it's simply a case of personal preference other times it can be deliberate. Personally I like a bit of separation between the hook and the lead so I'll pop the hook in first with some bait then I'll drop the lead in,I'll then continue to fill the bag. When I'm fishing at distance I'll pop the lead in first then fill the bag, This way the lead will fly further as it's weighted front first. Tight lines Steve

Hi Keith. Drill out the lead with a 4.5mm drill bit from the swivel end, only drill to around 3/4 of the lead not all the way through. You'll find the stems fit snuggly doing this. I tend to use 2 or 2.5oz with small bags and 3oz with bigger bags but depends on your rods and what sort of distance you're wanting to fish at. I use Chameleon leads in Tamworth he makes them from home with pride, his leads are top notch and very cheap, around 65p-70p each, he also posts them. Hoppe this helps Steve

​@andrewcarson3455 Hi mate No you don't tie this off it's simply a loop that allows the knot from the primary loop to slide tight up to the lead stem. If you tie it off you'll end up with a knot positioned too far away from the stem which will prevent you positioning your tubing onto the stem.

The loop can be fiddly to undo, you need to push them towards each other. Got to admit I tend to be lazy and give up, then proceed to cut and re-tie 😃 Tight lines pal Steve

@@bobnudd6879 I heard the Gemini, you have to cut the line and tie a new knot. Here its about creating one loop that you can use to quickly change the solid bag.
