Connecting to these are a nightmare. Ive tried in 2 different homes. The app just refuses to detect the speakers. And yes, they are turned on.

@sonos how do you logout of one phone to setup a new account or multiple user accounts in the same home?

Impossible. Either the Era is blinking, or it's off, or the app can't find it. I've been following the app's prompts and combing through help sites & videos for hours.

Unable to set this up in my office. I have over 10 at home. After 2 hours of trying to have them be detected through WiFi I am going to return them.

Bought mine yesterday and still havnt gotten to listen to it. The app is a nightmare so far. I'm about to return it. Best buy wants over a hundred for geek squad to come help. No thanks 👍

@@sonos GOOD LUCK. I HAVE TRIED AND HAVE RECEIVED "THAT'S ALL WE CAN DO, SORRY" AND HAVE TWO ERA 100S WHICH DO NOT WORK AND ARE UNRETURNABLE. WHY DO YOU MAKE YOUR PRODUCTS AND APP SOOO USER UNFRIENDLY?!?!?!

Teo compatible Sonos speakers are required to add a stereo pair. That is the message I got when I tried to connect my era 100. So that means I am forced to buy two at the same time not just one at a time 🫤
