(August 2021 Update) So I'm still getting comments on this video asking for help or issues regarding the tutorial. Please be aware I have not used UIE 2013 since 2015 and I have gone through several different laptops and computers over the least 6-7 years. So while I understand you wish to ask questions regarding the tutorial, please be aware I do not have the current knowledge to help with issues regarding the installation. I made this video when I was 15, I'm 23 now to put it into perspective. Mystical, the creator of the UIE 2013 mod, is a Moderator of Stunod Racing which is a very active Forum and File Sharing website for NR2003. My best suggestion would be to ask for help there by using their forums or messaging Mystical specifically. Other than that there's not much else I can do to help. Sorry for the inconvenience!

Hello all, I am the creator of the UIE 2013 mod (Mystical). For any confusion about the 'code' I can clear that up right now. The Legendary version is a special thank you to those that participated in pre-release week. However the Complete edition and all other bundles of UIE DO NOT require a password and they have everything included minus the Dale Earnhardt ticker and Hotpass layout.

I have issues with the replay ticker. Yes it works, yes I can see it, but the right of it is cut out of the screen. For exmaple: When it should say NASCAR On NBC, it only says NASCAR on" and the rest of the ticker is cut off. How do I fix this?

Mine won't work. I use the complete collection package, go to either a replay or watch a single race in the replay studio, then when I press S, only the white text appears without the rest of the UI. I did what the video said.

i cant get any replay layouts to work. i copy and pasted the .win file and .lyt file and it does not work

The amount of times I've had to use this video after fucking up my nr2003 is absurd XD Really tho thanks for making this, still useful to this date

what about ticker layout? how i setup it?

i have issues in the block menu the texts appear like default not in the block how i can fix that?

i did all the steps, and the game doesnt have the background for the tickers. help would be appreciated

I know this is late but if the ticker is not popping up Press F2 and to change what info is displayed press either F1 or F3!

Couldn't get the FOX Sports 1 replay layout. Solutions please? That's the only thing that's messed up and everything else worked.

For anyone like me who's racing UI wouldn't show up, try pressing F2 or FN+F2 while in the cockpit. Might save you a lot of headache

nvm i got it working, all I forgot to do was press the S key, but the engine noises that they make are unbelievable, sounds like the cars are going over 1000 mph, anything you know how to fix.

Hi, if you guys are having problems with the replay layouts i found the solution. Press s while in replay mode DONT GO to replay editor. Make sure your fullrpy.lyt and win are in the layouts folder. Remember Press S Or what key is your lap info. it is probably "S". Then your ticker will pop up. Thank you for listening. -burnout9212
