Fusible straight stay tape : Strong against stretching
Half bias fusible stay tape : A little soft compared to straight tape
Fusible straight stay tape with stitching : Fusing it on the part you don't want to stretch absolutely

• How to sew a jacket
The white strip is just a "PP strap" that is often used for packing work.

So good to see this kind of precision and technique. Because you're working in black fabric with black lining it's sometimes difficult to figure out which part of the garment you are working on. It would excellent to have this with a commentary, even it it's just occasional points of clarification.

Agree. Bias silk satin and partly transparent velour would be welcome. My old teacher made me baste all the slippery fabric to paper😭poor my back...

I appreciate how you attach the machine needles to the front of the sewing machine...that is convenient. Do you use that white boning to sew straight lines or is it for the feeder to glide over the thickness of the wool? Or both?

Awesome video again!!! Are those irons the gravity feed ones or the boiler ones? And do you just keep them at same temperature no matter the material and just be careful how long you have them on the fabric, or are the temperatures changed depending on the material? Info miss the small explanation in the corners of current operation and comments at bottom of video from your older ones.

Your staff are very good there. 👍🏻 I now want this coat haha. Man it's a beautiful coat. I want one. I'm sure it costs alot of money with that much work that goes into it. My guess is $1000 USD. Could be more. I'm not good with judging coat of clothes

I'm struggling with this part and need your help 😢😢 The hood on my design is attatched from front center to front center of the coat not like yours and has stich around the hood opening.
