Minki Kim, on the description page, it says your sewing machine is a Bernina but I see Janome name on the one you are using??? I am curious because I, too, have a Bernina and a Janome . Thank you! I would fuse fusible interfacing on both exterior and lining panel and then quilt cotton batting to the exterior panel. 😊

Hello, I just purchased your pattern from Riley Blake Designs, and they show the baskets with a handle. While I was printing off the pattern I realized that there is no pattern piece for the handle. I am not an experienced sewer and would like help with this length and width in particular. I wonder why if they show a handle they do not include a handle with the purchase?

Hi Kim, thank you for ordering my pattern and sorry for the confusion. Handle was another idea that came up after I released the pattern. Finished handle size is 18” x 1 1/2”. I recommend to use a cotton webbing if you are new to handle making. If you want make a handle with matching fabric, please watch my “Floral Bowl and Basket” video on my channel. Cut your fabric (2) 19” x 2 1/2”. And wrap a poly strapping with the fabric. Instruction is on my Floral bowl video. I hope it’s helpful.
