Did you pre-wash the fabric panel? Just asking since the backing is 100% poly and I am assuming the front panel is 100% cotton. Wondering how it washes up. Not ever done this method. Like the easy of making this up. Good practice for free motion.

Can you use flannel instead of cuddle and not use any batting?
