It may seem impossible to sew a full circle inside a circle, but with this method, it's easy to make full inset circles in any size. Use these circles to spruce up your quilt blocks without having to deal with seams in your circle.
You can use this same process to do other organic shapes as well. You don't have to use just circles! (You must keep the curves gentle though, it won't work with deep inside curves).
So grab your circles, big, small, and in between, and sew up a bunch of curves for all sorts of quilts.
