Put a card on the ground and try to jump with your back foot (in your case its left) sliding the card backwards behind you

hurting yourself is part of learning, that way you can see what mistake you did that caused you to fall and learn from it :) don't be scared to commit, just go on, falling is just a part of the fun

Dont be scared to fall because you can learn from the mistakes but please wear a helmet and gears, long clothes and try to bend your knees skating, if you fall try to roll out of it, this way it will decrease the chances of any injuries, have fun ❤
